The grounds are really fine. They feature multiple pools. there were many empty sunbeds available too. i loved that the super nice team and friendly during my whole stay. my family room was a really big space. it was kept spotlessly clean. the beds were also very comfortable!

the water temperature in the pools felt too warm like bathwater! this was definitely a drawback, and i wish it could be cooler for more refreshment. some parents sat in the cooler splash park. a solution should be implemented.

Breakfast offered a good choice of food. the food tasted nice. we dined at manta ray and talay. Both provided great service. the catering at these restaurants were great!

The family room in the aqua wing featured sliding doors. The adult bed was conveniently placed near the balcony. This allowed for outdoor relaxation while the children rested. The bathroom also had a sliding wall revealing a large bathtub.

The hotel bar was advertised to close at midnight, but it actually closed from 11pm. This limited options for late evening relaxation. The displayed sign was misleading and should be updated. This created confusion and required earlier departures.

Our room was big. It was clean and lovely. The low level lighting at night was wonderful. It illuminated the grounds. We vegans got our own breakfast menu daily. We found a good vegan lunch menu too. The staff were great. They were very helpful and friendly. The grounds included several pools. It had plenty of empty sunbeds.

The new TV in the room had a bright standby light. I had to unplug it each night.

The water park delighted our kids greatly. I must thank the staff at Talay restaurant. They knew about gluten allergies and provided five star assistance. The New Year party had tasty food.

the grounds were well maintained. i saw staff working to keep everything clean. the lazy river was fun. the kids club had structured activities for all ages. it seemed quite organised. the breakfast spread had a great variety.

i had some problems with the room's air conditioning. it wasn't working properly at first. it took a few requests before it was inspected and cleaned. it worked perfectly after that.
